As part of many of the different projects our Board is running, we are preparing to send out a Survey to find out what our members wants and prefer we do arrange for them.
It will be a big help for us to get your support and feedback through the Survey.
Thanks very much in advance for it!
Once again, we are already preparing and organizing everything for the BPOY, that will be held the 3th of November and in this connection we are looking for sponsors for it and will be very happy to hear from you also.

Danes Worldwide Corner
Danes Worldwide recently provided formal input to legislative hearings related to proposed new taxation regulations. One key point of objection was the proposed reduction from 180 to 90 days per year in the amount of time expat Danes are allowed to spend in Denmark without incurring tax liability. The Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai has expressed a similar concern.
We are pleased to report that the objection has been noted. Minister of Taxation Karsten Lauritzen (the Venstre party) has deferred the proposed legislation until the next session of Parliament. He explained the deferral to the newspaper Børsen:”It was our intent to introduce the new legislation prior to the end of the current legislative session, but in light of the input received during hearings and of the objections raised we realize that we must adjust the details, and that is not possible within the time remaining.”
